The Challenge
A major healthcare provider operating across West Africa faced critical challenges in maintaining visibility and control over sensitive patient data, which was scattered across a mix of distributed cloud and on-premise systems. This fragmentation created significant security blind spots, making it impossible to know who had access to specific patient information and where all sensitive data was stored.

AI-Assisted Remediation & Documentation: Used the Assist feature for automated workflows used to address common data protection issues. The platform also maintained proper documentation of all data protection controls and remediation actions for audit readiness.
The Results
